Ferrari seeks clarification from FIA for Vettel's overtaking of J E Verge on Lap 4

Ferrari´s official statement today morning said :

"Ferrari asks the FIA for a clarification

Maranello, 29 November – Ferrari has asked, by means of a letter, for a clarification from FIA regarding Sebastian Vettel´s overtaking move on Jean–Eric Vergne, during lap 4 of the Brazilian Grand Prix."

The above statement reveals Ferrari was reviewing at Sebastian Vettel´s video footage on Wednesday and had asked FIA for a clarification over Sebastian Vettel´s suspicious overtaking move over Jean–Eric Vergne of Torro Rosso under the yellow flags on Lap 4 of the Brazialian.

Overtaking under yellow flags is strictly prohibited and could result in a 20sec penalty and if found guilty it could eventually put Vettel in 8th place and Alonso will become champion by 1point.

Further Ferrari is also looking for any valid evidence or proof to go for an appeal against the Red Bull Driver.

So far this letter is just for seeking a clarification from FIA and Ferrari can go for an appeal till Friday Nov 30th if they have any valid reason.
